What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides assistance with daily living tasks for participants who need regular support while living independently or in shared accommodation.
What is the difference between STA, MTA, and SDA?
STA (Short Term Accommodation): Temporary accommodation that includes support and respite care.
MTA (Medium Term Accommodation): Temporary housing while waiting for permanent accommodation or home modifications.
SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation): Purpose-built housing designed for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
Do you provide nursing and complex care services?
Yes. Our qualified nursing team provides a range of clinical services including medication management, wound care, catheter care, diabetes management, PEG feeding, health monitoring, and other complex nursing supports.
Can you support community participation?
Yes. We encourage participants to build confidence, develop life skills, attend community activities, participate in social events, pursue hobbies, and achieve greater independence.
